How much do property management services cost?

Typically you are charged a flat fee per month that is based on square footage and services requested. Each home is different, as well as every owner, and we will accommodate any additional requests. Our services are priced to meet each client’s needs and desires. Because our services are wide-ranging and tailored to each property, we meet with every customer to set up a plan based on the services each property may require.

We focus on clients who have second homes in the Black Mountain area who need everything from just the occasional check-in on their property to prepping the home for our clients’ or guests’ arrival. Who will have access to my home?

As a client your point of contact is one of our owners and anytime work is being performed at your property one of our owners will be present to oversee all work being done. Anytime a service is being done at your property one of our owners will be there to meet the contractor and followup on any issues being dealt with in person.
